Hysol EA9309.3NA by Henkel Aerospace is a dual-component, epoxy paste specifically designed to bond metal skins to honeycomb cores. This adhesive is fortified with glass beads to provide unparalleled strength along the substrate interface, and the resulting bonds are exceptionally resistant to lap shear and peel. Several days are necessary for complete curing of EA9309.3NA, but once it is finished, the bonds are resistant to water and most common, everyday fluids.
