Its primary use is in aeronautical applications especially the sealing of joints in jet turbine engines. Hylomar PL32L Aerograde is exceptionally resistant to a wide variety of compounds including water and water soluble mixtures, turbine and piston engine exhaust byproducts, natural and synthetic lubricating oils and fluoride based refrigerants.
